Bull rating system

I've been working on my bull spotting algo - this seems to be the best objective measure:

-Summarise the meaningful content of what is being said in as few words as possible.
-Calculate the ratio between the number of words actually used and the minimum number of words necessary to convey precisely the same content. The higher the ratio, the higher the bull factor.

Here are some examples of how to apply this technique to a few gems taken from my direct experience - increasing in BS rating as they go along. Please send in your gems!

"This issue has not yet been fully clarified by the Executive Director"
== "He hasn't done shit"
Bull rating 3

"I am afraid I have a conflict in my agenda for that period" == "I am busy"

Bull rating 4.25

"The CEO and I have already been involved in some bi-lateral discussions on this issue and we have reached a good understanding of how this can be implemented within the time-frame specified"
== "Yeah alright, we'll do it"

Bull rating 6.5

2. In general, I'm collecting some classic bull-ese phrases and words which should set your bullshit-detector's red light flashing as to the general bull level - please add your favourites in the comments:

- The issue has yet to be fully clarified
- Seamlessly
- Conflict
- To hold a Bilateral discussion (== to talk to sb)

Here (in German) and here are some bull generators which look rather good.
